Maine Family Planning is offering intensive trainings in different locales around the state that invite reproductive rights supporters to deepen their knowledge & skills around abortion advocacy & join us in our efforts to expand access & promote justice in 2019 and onward. WHO: Champions of reproductive rights (and newcomers!) who want to sharpen & deepen their skills on topics of abortion rights & access, and who are interested in growing the base of support for reproductive freedom in our state.

WHERE: Bates College campus (Exact Location TBA to registered participants only)

WHAT: Participants will engage in presentations & discussions focusing on: Abortion Care 101; Exploring the Reproductive Justice Framework; Ending Abortion Stigma & Myth-Busting; Imagining a Post-Post Roe Future; and, Practicing Values-Based Conversations.

Refreshments will be provided. Participants are expected to attend the entire session.
