Contraception Prescriptions
Are you interested in starting birth control pills, the ring, the patch?
What you will need:

- Your current height, weight, and if you know it, a recent blood pressure (you can take your blood pressure at many pharmacies or supermarkets, or report your blood pressure from a recent health care visit)
Pregnancy Options Counseling
Did you take a pregnancy test and want to discuss the results?
Discuss all of your options including continuing the pregnancy and making a plan for adoption or parenting, or abortion. We will provide you with factual information about all of your options, and referrals if desired.

Emergency Contraception/Plan B
Confused about the morning after pill, Emergency Contraception options, Plan B? We can help clear things up! Talk to our clinicians online to discuss all your options and get a prescription or appointment for the method you choose.
You will need:

Uncomplicated Urinary Tract Infection (Bladder Infection)
Do you have a urinary tract/bladder infection (painful urination, blood in urine, frequent urination)? We can review your symptoms and provide treatment if necessary.
**NOTE** If you answer YES to ANY of the following questions, it makes more sense to come see us at the office. Please make an appointment to come in to one of our clinics here.
- Are you having fever and/or chills?
- Are you having nausea and vomiting?
- Have your symptoms lasted longer than a week?
- Do you have pain in your back or sides?
- Do you have vaginal discharge, burning, itching, irritation or odor?
- Are you under the age of 18 or over the age of 65?
- Do you have diabetes?
- Are you pregnant, or do you think you may be pregnant? Have you had a catheter (tube to empty the bladder) recently?
- Have you been treated for a urinary tract infection recently?
- Do you have a compromised immune system, or are you taking high doses of steroids?
- Do you have kidney problems or have you had a kidney transplant?

Confused about all your birth control options? Meet with a nurse practitioner to discuss what might work best for you.
