Site Administrative Coordinator

MFP is seeking a Site Administrative Coordinator to join our primary care team.  This position is 30 hours a week.  Mondays and Fridays in Presque Isle and Tuesdays and Thursdays in Houlton.

The Site Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the administration of all the front desk responsibilities of the office.  Site Administrative Coordinators work under supervision of the Nurse Practitioner as required by the State of Maine.

Candidate must be able to work in a team environment.  Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor are required.  Ability to cross train as a Medical Assistant is required.

Qualifications:

  • Two years working in social/health services preferred.
  • Ability to be organized, manage systems, computer skills
  • Commitment to family planning mission
