Primary Care Site Administrative Coordinator

MFP is seeking a Primary Care Site Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Ellsworth.  This position is 30 hours a week (Thursdays off).

The Site Administrative Coordinator oversees all of the front desk responsibilities of the office.  Candidate must be willing to promote the services of family planning and primary care by supporting clinical staff in their provisions of service to patients.  Excellent organizational skills and exceptional customer service ability is required.  This position will be cross trained as a Medical Assistant.

Qualifications:

  • One to two years working in social/health services.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA preferred.
  • Commitment to family planning and primary care.
