Maine Family Planning’s Prevention Education Program is committed to promoting and supporting K-12 comprehensive and inclusive sexual and reproductive health education. We do this through our partnerships with schools and youth-serving community organizations by providing medically accurate, age-appropriate, inclusive and affirming teaching materials; offering relevant and engaging trainings and workshops; hosting the annual Comprehensive Sexuality Education Conference; and sharing up-to-date resources.
A recent court ruling has blocked Maine Family Planning from participating in Medicaid, threatening the future of our rural clinics.
We’re not backing down, and we need your help.
Your support keeps clinics open, protects reproductive freedom, and ensures access to birth control, cancer screenings, abortion care, and more.
