Health on Wheels is Maine Family Planning’s mobile medical unit, delivering high-quality care from Lewiston, to Bangor, and communities in between. We provide reproductive and sexual health care, wound care, and more, all in a welcoming and nonjudgemental setting.

Cervical cancer screenings & Pap tests
Annual wellness exams
Pregnancy testing with options counseling
Same-day STI results for select tests
HIV, Hepatitis C, and STI testing
Blood draws, treatment, and follow up

Pills, Condoms, Emergency Contraception
IUDs, Depo Shot, NuvaRing, Nexplanon

PrEP for people at high risk of HIV
PEP for recent exposure (within 72 hours)

Specialized kits and care, including for wounds related to xylazine use
