Wabanaki Engagement

Wabanaki Engagement is Maine Family Planning’s outreach program, connecting Wabanaki communities to reproductive health and harm reduction resources. In a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment, we serve Passamaquoddy, Penobscot, Maliseet, and Mi’kmaq citizens and communities in the spirit of reproductive justice.

SisterSong defines Reproductive Justice as the human right to: 1) maintain personal bodily autonomy, 2) have children, 3) not have children, 4) and parent the children we have in safe and sustainable communities.
