All MFP locations offer telehealth appointments for certain visit types.
If your local clinic does not show an available telehealth appointment, contact us via phone, text, or chat during business hours, and we’ll most likely be able to find a spot for you quickly. The same goes for in-person appointments.
It’s time for my yearly wellness visit.
I’ve been seen for gender-affirming services and need to follow up with my provider.
I need my next Depo injection. This shot is on time, and I’m not having problems.
Please call the office to schedule if you have issues or are due for your yearly visit.
I would like to speak to my provider about my medications or start/change my birth control method (including Depo).
Please call the office to schedule if you would like an IUD or a Nexplanon insertion or removal.
I’d like a telehealth appointment to talk to my provider about my medications or start/change my birth control method.
I will call the office if I need Depo, IUD, or Nexplanon.
I need to see my provider regarding some other issue or concern; like a new bump, abnormal bleeding or a UTI.
I need a pregnancy test or STD testing.
All of our locations remain open for sexual and reproductive health care. Three clinics (Houlton, Presque Isle, and Ellsworth) will end their primary care services on October 31st due to federal funding cuts, but those clinics remain open.
If you’d like to support our work, please consider giving.
